With just over a month’s planning and deliberation, the EBU has just revealed that Stockholm will host Eurovision 2016.
Stockholm’s Globe Arena will host the world’s biggest music contest for the second time, having last entertained Europe in 2000, where The Olsen Brothers won with Fly on the Wings of Love.
The surrounding Globe Arena complex will be used to house 1,500 journalists and delegations.
Eurovision’s dates have also been finalised with the Semi-Finals being held on 10th and 12th May, the Grand Final on 14th May.
